Challenge Description

In the age of maritime trade, merchants crossing the Indian Ocean were required to obtain a special permit issued by the Monsoon Trade Authority.

A recovered verification program from a centuries-old shipwreck has been found. The authority's records are gone, but the verification binary still remains.
